Return Process

  Securely pack the items in their original MARTÏ branded box, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition.

  Ship the Items

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
